3. Products & Availability
Our products are released as limited runs (“drops”). Quantities are finite and availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, and to cancel or refuse any order.
4. Pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time. Florida sales tax is applied where required.
5. Product Appearance
We photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen. Slight variation in print placement is a characteristic of small-batch production, not a defect.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Square. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
7. All Sales Final
See our Refund & Returns Policy. All sales are final except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
8. Intellectual Property
All Valor Studios designs, graphics, logos, the crest emblem, and site content are the property of Valor Studios and may not be reproduced, resold, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valor Studios is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
