Where We Ship
Valor Studios ships within the United States only at this time.
Rates
- $9.00 flat rate on all US orders.
- Free shipping on orders over $150.00.
Processing Time
Drop orders are processed in the order received. Because our releases are limited production runs, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be packed and handed to the carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.
Delivery
Once your package is with the carrier, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Valor Studios is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing. If tracking shows delivered and you cannot locate your package, please contact your carrier first, then reach out to us at orders@shopvalorstudios.com.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it ships. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
