All Sales Are Final
Valor Studios releases limited, numbered production runs. Once an issue sells out, it is retired — there are no restocks and no reprints. For that reason all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds.
Please review the size guide and product photos carefully before completing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand behind what we make. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@shopvalorstudios.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and the shipping package
- A short description of the issue
We will review and, where the issue is confirmed, replace the item or refund it at our discretion. This is the only circumstance under which a refund is issued.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Email us immediately at orders@shopvalorstudios.com — we cannot guarantee cancellation once packing has begun.
Sizing
Because all sales are final, we strongly recommend reviewing measurements before ordering. If you are unsure of your size, email us before you buy and we will help.
